Description
The 3232A2 model by Dytran is a biaxial airborne accelerometer. The unit is specifically manufactured for use in Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS), including Active Vibration Control (AVC) applications, which are usually found on commercial and military aircrafts.
The device can also be used for general purpose vibration monitoring. It is equipeed with a sensitivity of 100 mV/g, and integrates a radial 3-pin "Mighty Mouse™" connector with a 5/16-28 thread.
The difference of the 3232A2 model and other accelerometers is its Dytran-designed integral mounting bracket construction, and enhanced sensor operation, while eliminating charges usually combined with separate mounting brackets.
