In addition to the extensive monitoring and documentation functions, the EBRO SBU IO-Link offers even more. It integrates seamlessly into existing networks via IO-Link, Bluetooth or other standardised interfaces. Commissioning takes place via Plug & Play, so that control or feedback is particularly easy. With IO-Link, Bluetooth LE and secure data transmission with standard protocols, it uses future-proof communication interfaces and is IIOT-ready. The EBRO SBU IO-Link ensures comprehensive data acquisition directly at the valve and data transfer to a wide variety of interfaces. The collected parameters form the basis for all further steps such as automation of the processes as well as diagnostics and analysis of the valve. This can be used to support preventive maintenance measures and thus contribute to efficiency and operational safety in the long term.
