Product informationThe EBI 12-T462 temperature data logger is designed for validation measurements in food and beverage manufacturing processes. A central axial probe records the internal temperature inside cans or bottles while a lateral sensor monitors the external temperature of the package. Recorded data support analysis of temperature exposure time and evaluation of thermal process performance. The unit features high resolution, extended memory and IP68 protection suitable for wet processing environments.
