The MAGIS PRO-Eco 300+ is a compact, all-in-one system that provides easy access for mounting and washing aqueous flexo printing plates. Plates are fixed to the upper platen and cleaned using a set of brushes via orbital motion. The system also has removable drawers for high-quality exposure, drying and light finishing. Using LED UV exposure technology, the MAGIS PRO-Eco 300+ avoids the warm-up delays associated with traditional lamps, reduces energy consumption and enables more stable operation. All-in-one EPDLF solution This space-efficient unit handles four steps of aqueous plate making: • plate exposure • plate processing • drying • light finishing. It uses LED UV technology. Instead of traditional light bulbs, the MAGIS PRO-Eco 300+ uses UV LED lighting for plate exposure. The steady, uniform output of the LEDs ensures consistent plate quality across jobs while eliminating the hassle of frequent lamp changes and recalibrations. LEDs also use less power and do not require a warm-up period. This reduces operating and labour costs. Saves on floor space The unit's stacked design, with the exposure unit on top and drawers underneath, optimizes floor space.
