The PicoFlux HP series are high repetition rate diode pumped picosecond amplifiers designed to deliver up to 150 mJ picosecond pulses at 1 kHz repetition rate or 500 mJ at 100 Hz. These amplifiers offer high pulse energy, excellent pulse-to-pulse energy stability, and superior beam quality, making them ideal for demanding applications such as OPCPA pumping, non-linear optics, and advanced spectroscopy.

DescriptionHigh repetition rate PicoFlux series amplifiers are designed to be seeded by an external seeding source. The diode pumped regenerative amplifier ensures amplification of the seed signal to stable mJ level pulses for further amplification in linear amplifiers. Advanced beam shaping ensures a smooth, hot-spot-free beam spatial profile at the laser output. Low light depolarization allows high efficiency generation of up to the 4th harmonic with optional built-in harmonic generators. Alternatively, an internal seeder can be provided to meet customer requirements.
Angle-tuned LBO and/or BBO crystals mounted in temperature stabilized heaters are used for second, third, and fourth harmonic generation. The harmonic separation system ensures high spectral purity of radiation and directs it to the output ports.
For user convenience, the amplifier can be controlled via USB and LAN interfaces (RS232 optional), with supplied Windows control software.
Options- Custom pulse duration between 20 ps and 300 ps (shortening below 90 ps reduces output energy proportionally)
- 50 Hz or 100 Hz pulse repetition rate (energy can be increased ~4 times)
- 2 kHz pulse repetition rate (reduces output energy of fundamental by ~50%)
