Description

The Cetrotec exhaust gas temperature monitor type 519 with 40°C switching point is type-tested by TÜV, approved for use in heat generating plants and is mounted with a flange on a free piece of stove pipe with a minimum diameter of 120 mm. Its normally closed contact can switch power, its normally open contact is only intended for control tasks, so it is technically suitable for bridging an exhaust air control when the furnace is cold or is used slightly modified as a control device for our cable exhaust air controls. POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS Bivalent operation with gas or oil heating to lock it when the solid fuel boiler is in operation Monitoring tasks to switch off the exhaust air system in rooms with open or closed fireplaces to prevent exhaust gases from being sucked back into the rooms when the fireplace is burning. Other monitoring and control tasks such as controlling the storage tank charging pump Indicator lamp for fuel boiler burnout Hint: Involve your chimney sweep in your planning before ordering so that nothing stands in the way of acceptance afterwards. There are significant regional differences, on which Elektrotechnik Schabus has no influence. DESCRIPTION The flue gas thermostat is used to monitor the flue gas temperature in the flue pipe of heat-generating systems. The sensor of the ATW consists of a metal tube and a metal rod with different expansion coefficients arranged in it, which result in a difference in length when the temperature changes. This acts on a precision microswitch which interrupts the circuit above a fixed limit temperature. After the temperature at the sensor has dropped by approx. 15 K below the switching point,
