Description

The airtight electric supply air damper with a diameter of 100 mm and a high-torque condenser motor opens and closes each time within 150 seconds during open-close control or via 2-way control. The relatively long time is due to the slow-running motor, which has to press the EPDM sealing lip against the galvanized steel pipe with a lot of force. Such a damper is controlled, for example, by the KZS 200 supply air control, which automatically opens the damper when the exhaust air motor is switched on. Possible applications Supply air control for incinerators For controlling the air flow in ventilation and air-conditioning systems Diameter: 100 mm DESCRIPTION Metal supply air duct with electric ventilation flap and sealing lip. The ventilation flap is opened or closed by alternately applying the mains voltage to the servomotor. As soon as the flap reaches its end point, the motor automatically stops at the stop. The connection to the mains voltage is made via a cable with 3 x 0.75 mm². Supply air damper with EPDM sealing lip is opened or closed by alternately applying the mains voltage to the servomotor. Motor stops automatically at the stop. The connection to the mains voltage is made via a cable with 3 x 0.75 mm², control e.g. with KZS 200, light switch or manual adjustment with self-resetting pushbutton on the motor is possible (gear disengagement as long as the button is pressed). The seal is airtight according to DIN 1946 T4 (TÜV-tested) for pressurization or suction up to 1000 Pa. EPDM sealing lip is resistant to aging and weakly aggressive vapors and chemicals.
