Description

Overview
The Luxmark M & TOP is a benchtop/floor-standing laser system for marking, deep engraving and micro-cutting. It supports multiple laser sources (fiber, UV, MOPA, PICO, NIB and CO2 for TOP) and enables 2D, 2.5D and 3D processing on metals and technical materials with a large work chamber and motorized Z-axis control.

Key features
  • Multi-source laser station for marking, deep engraving and micro-cutting
  • Compatibility: fiber, UV, MOPA, PICO, NIB (CO2 for TOP variants)
  • Large work chamber enabling 3D marking and 2.5D operations for molds and cavities
  • Proprietary multilingual professional software with database integration and support for common raster and vector formats
  • Innovative push-pull extraction system for laminar airflow

Applications
  • Marking and deep engraving on metals and advanced technical materials
  • Creation of cavities or cones for molds (2.5D)
  • 3D marking on complex and curved shapes
  • Precision micro-cutting and component structuring
  • Suitable for jewelry, medical, automotive, electronics and mechanical industries
  • Designed for integration in automated production lines

Performances (high-level)
  • Work area: 550 x 500 mm
  • Z-axis travel: 400 mm (controlled, motorized)
  • Software: professional, multilingual, configurable; supports common raster and vector file formats
  • Processing modes: 2D, 2.5D and 3D marking
  • Extraction: push-pull system for laminar airflow
