Description

The CBR-LP-15 low-profile electrostatic charging bar is designed to make a material adhere to a surface or to join two materials together. These charging bars are connected to a high-voltage generator which, by generating high voltage, creates ions (positive or negative) on the bar tips; as the material passes between the bar and a reference ground, it is pushed toward the ground itself, creating temporary adhesion. CBR-LP-15 charging bars are used in various industrial applications, also due to their compact dimensions. They are safe as each tip is connected to the high voltage via a resistor to prevent sparks and accidental discharges, thus avoiding damage to the machine itself. Installation of these antistatic bars is very simple, as the bars feature a slot on the back for inserting nylon screws to ensure insulation from conductive parts. Effective for high speeds Emitters resistively connected to high voltage Emitter pitch 15 mm Low energy consumption High reliability Available in lengths up to 4000 mm Working distance - 20 – 50 mm MaterialExtruded PVC and epoxy resin Ionization points - Stainless steel Weight - 1,75 kg/m Ambient temperature - 0-60°C High-voltage cable - 3 meters standard Operating voltage - 0 – 30 kV DC Generator - ECG-30 Options - 90° connector
