The CBR-LP-10 low-profile electrostatic charging bar is designed to make a material adhere to a surface or to join two materials together. These charging bars are connected to a high-voltage generator which, by generating high voltage, creates ions (positive or negative) on the bar tips; as the material passes between the bar and a reference ground, it is pushed toward the ground itself, creating temporary adhesion.
CBR-LP-10 charging bars are used in various industrial applications, also thanks to their compact dimensions. They are safe as each tip is connected to the high voltage via a resistor to prevent sparks and accidental discharges, thereby avoiding damage to the machine itself.
The installation of these antistatic bars is very simple, as the bars feature a slot on the back for inserting nylon screws to ensure insulation from conductive parts.
