Description

Compressed air ionizing nozzles serve a dual purpose: they clean the target surface and eliminate existing electrostatic charges. Ionizing nozzles are used where installation conditions are critical, particularly in confined spaces. Our ionizing nozzles offer multiple configurations and can be connected in series, including in circular arrangements, to meet customer requirements. In this case, the antistatic pin is connected to a flat nozzle with a perpendicular air blowing direction. The nozzle entrains the surrounding air to create a concentrated airflow, making it more cost-effective. The nozzle is also very quiet. Like other active antistatic equipment, ionizing nozzles must be connected to an antistatic power supply via a high-voltage cable and to compressed air via a G1/8” thread and an air hose. We recommend using a 5-micron or smaller air filter to prevent the nozzle from coming into contact with impurities and moisture.
