ELKOBLOCK-36M is a multilayer concrete block and paver making machine designed for high-capacity production of interlocks, curbs and solid blocks. The machine integrates a certified high-grade steel frame with a four-column system and chrome-plated guides for the tamper head to ensure consistent operation under continuous production conditions.

Handling / Configurations

• BASIC configuration: Production pallets with legs are fed into the machine at the pallet feeding point; finished wet pallets are removed manually. Supports automatic and semi-automatic production modes via the control panel.
• BASIC PLUS configuration: Wet pallets exit on a conveyor, can be stacked up to 10 levels by elevator and transported to curing by forklift; after drying pallets are fed into the lowerator and final products moved to transportation pallets on the conveyor.
• PLATINUM configuration: Uses steel racks for handling production pallets. Wet pallets placed on 10-level steel racks via elevator; racks moved to curing by forklift and then placed in pallet lowerator; includes fully automatic packaging robot to place final products onto transport pallets and return inverted production pallets into the machine.
• PREMIUM configuration: Fully automatic solution using automatic finger-car robotic transportation for production, transport, curing and piling. Pallets can be stacked up to 16 levels and handled by finger-car robot; process includes brushing, inversion and automatic refeeding for continuous production.
