Features

The portable holiday detector ISOTEST® inspect pro was designed for the reliable testing of coatings and coverings for defects such as pinholes and cracks. It can be used across a wide range of applications: from passive corrosion protection, to specialized chemical-vessel construction, roof and building inspection, electric vehicle manufacturing, and in all other industries where the quality control of coatings plays a crucial role.

The wide test voltage range of 1 - 35 kV makes the ISOTEST® inspect pro universally applicable for almost any coating material - from thin epoxy compounds to polyethylene coatings several millimeters thick. The use of state-of-the-art pulsed DC voltage means that even completely coated objects can be tested without a direct ground connection. The intelligent high-voltage and load control, including the improved pulse shape, ensures low material stress and optimized voltage regulation for safe testing results. The extensive features, such as adjustable detection sensitivity or adaptive setting of the test voltage according to standards or by a sample pinhole, are intuitively operated via the touch screen. Additionally, the ISOTEST® inspect pro offers an integrated log function with the ability to export logs via its USB interface.
