- Body and arms in passivated zinc-coated steel
Manufactured from high-quality steel, the structural elements are passivated zinc-coated for excellent protection against corrosion and external aggression (moisture, oil splashes or light chemicals). This surface treatment ensures a long service life, even in demanding industrial environments.
- Stainless steel rivets mounted in case-hardened and greased bushings
Grasshopper joints are made with stainless steel rivets, turning in case-hardened steel bushes, surface-hardened for increased resistance to wear and deformation.
- Ergonomic bi-material handle
Designed to optimize grip and comfort of use, the handle is made of molded bi-material plastic, combining :
- A soft, non-slip part (black), positioned in direct contact with the hand, offering a secure grip, even in greasy or oily environments.
- A rigid, resistant part (red), in contact with the grasshopper, ensuring the sturdiness of the whole and excellent resistance over time.
- Treated, zinc-plated, weld-on plating screw
Each clamp is supplied with a specially treated plating screw, zinc-coated for corrosion protection. This screw is height-adjustable along the entire length of the arm, making it easy to adapt to different heights and weights.
