MATERIAL - Passivated zinc-coated steel: Body and arms made of high-strength steel, zinc-coated and passivated, offering excellent protection against corrosion, abrasion and harsh industrial environments. - Stainless steel rivets on case-hardened and greased bushings: The joints are secured by stainless steel rivets, pivoting in case-hardened steel bushes, surface-hardened to guarantee increased resistance to wear and repeated stress. Lubrication during assembly ensures smooth, long-lasting, maintenance-free operation. - Ergonomic bi-material handle in red and black: Designed in bi-material injected plastic, the handle combines : - A rigid zone (red) to ensure sturdiness and longevity. - A soft, non-slip zone (black) in contact with the hand, guaranteeing comfort, safety and excellent resistance to oils and industrial chemicals. - Zinc-coated plating screw, weld-on: Supplied with a plating screw in treated, zinc-plated steel for enhanced protection against corrosion. The screw is height-adjustable along the entire length of the arm, and can be welded to ensure reliable tightening for every configuration.
