Overview
The ENDEVION welding process enables on-site assembly worldwide without solvent-based adhesives. ENDEVION leverages decades of experience on hundreds of installations to support the design and upgrade of percolating filters and submerged beds for energy- and process-optimized wastewater treatment systems.

Description
Corrugation height ranges from 12 to 38 mm, providing free passage for air and water and sufficient volume for biofilm development. Sheet thickness is selected according to load requirements: BIOpack modules are designed to withstand high mechanical stresses. The standard material is polypropylene (PP) with UV protection additives; PVC is available on request. The product range allows retrofit and capacity upgrades of existing treatment systems with minimal downtime.
