Description

ENERPAT AMB-L Series Lid-Type Scrap Metal Baler The ENERPAT AMB-L Series is a versatile and high-performance metal baler, also known as a scrap metal compactor, metal scrap baling machine, or metal recycling baler. Designed for compressing high-hardness, large-sized, and high-density scrap materials such as steel scrap, end-of-life vehicles, and aluminum profiles, it features a unique lid-pressing design that ensures stable compression and long-lasting durability. Using hydraulic cold-press technology, the machine forms high-density metal bales without adhesives, preserving the original metal properties. Once compacted, the scrap volume is significantly reduced, making storage and transportation more efficient while also increasing furnace loading rates and reducing smelting costs. This process greatly improves resource utilization and lowers remelting loss. The AMB-L Series offers a wide range of configurations, with pressing forces ranging from 100 to 1500 tons, motor powers from 30 to 300 kW, and processing capacities from 1 to 50 tons per hour. Equipped with a Siemens motor and Hordox wear plates, it ensures stable and efficient operation even in the most demanding environments. Choose the ENERPAT AMB-L Series metal baler for smarter scrap handling, lower operational costs, and maximum recycling value—contact us now for a customized solution.
