Description

The ENERPAT AMB-L1270-125 is a heavy-duty door-cover metal compactor engineered to convert large, bulky and irregular scrap into dense, furnace-ready bales. It is intended for industrial recycling centers, scrap yards, vehicle dismantlers and foundries that require high compression force and consistent bale quality.

Operating principle
  • Material feeding: large items are loaded into the feed box using a forklift or loading device; a tipper hopper can be fitted for semi-automated feeding.
  • Hydraulic compression: a hydraulic cylinder compresses scrap into compact metal bundles.
  • Automatic ejection: finished bales are hydraulically pushed out through the ejection door for stacking and transport.
