The ENERPAT HBA-B Bagging Press is a hopper-fed industrial machine that compresses loose, fibrous or light bulk materials into formed blocks and fills them into pre-prepared plastic or snake-skin bags. The HBA-B series features dual hydraulic cylinders for automated compression, cartridge-valve hydraulic assemblies, H-type tapered interfaces with Hallite seals, and Siemens/Schneider electrical components with PLC and touch-screen control. The range includes multiple model variants to match throughput and bale size requirements. CE and ISO certified; 1-year unit warranty and 5-year motor warranty.

Operating principle
Conveying and feeding: material is fed into the hopper chamber for continuous or batch operation.
Compression and bagging: dual hydraulic cylinders compress the material and push the formed block into the packaging bag.
Packaging and weighing: optional weighing conveyor and packing modules ensure consistent bag weight and packing quality.
