ENERPAT Wood Shaving Production Line provides an integrated solution for producing uniform thin wood shavings by combining shaving, drying, screening and packaging. The line is engineered for automated, stable and high-capacity operation suitable for animal bedding, biomass fuel and protective packaging applications.

Main functions and components

• Wood Shaving Machine: Produces shavings from logs; shavings size and thickness can be configured to application requirements.
• Feeding Conveyor: Transfers shavings to the dryer; rubber belt with long service life and variable-speed motor for controlled feeding.
• Rotary Dryer: Reduces moisture to below 10% for storage-ready shavings; burner compatible with wood waste, wood pellets, gasoline, natural gas or diesel.
• Trommel Screen: Removes undersized shavings and sawdust; screen mesh size configurable.
• Wood Shavings Bagging Machine: Weighs and fills plastic bags or bales with consistent weight and size; bale/bag dimensions customizable.
• Vacuum Sealing Machine: Seals and de-aerates bags to preserve packed shavings.
