Overview
The Multimix is an all-in-one batch cutter-cooker-cooler designed for industrial food production. It integrates cutting, vacuum and overpressure cooking, and cooling in a compact unit to support high throughput while complying with strict sanitary and HACCP requirements. The water-based integrated heating/cooling preserves product quality and enables rapid product changeovers.
