Description
Continuous-flow heat exchangers consisting of plate heat exchanger, circulation pump and control panel mounted on a stainless-steel frame. These exchangers are ready for use after all the necessary electrical and hydraulic connections. The cooling system allows a fast decrease of the wine temperature for tartaric stabilization, preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the product. On demand, the unit can be equipped with automatic thermoregulatory system.
