The device offers two stage operation of either high or low flame. It has the ability to obtain optimal combustion values. This is achieved by regulating combustion air and blast-pipe. Its atomization unit is removable without actually removing the burner from the boiler. This helps in the process of maintenance. An electric servomotor is used for regulating air flow for first and second stage. This is done using the pause closure of the electric servometer to prevent any heat dispersion. It is possible to integrate BT 120 with a supplementary steam- operated heavy oil pre-heater. The device comes with one flange and one insulating seal for boiler fastening. It also has 2 flexible hoses and one self-cleaning line filter with resistance.
