The two stage gas burners from Baltur are capable of obtaining optimal combustion values by regulating combustion air and blast-pipe. It is maintenance free, as the mixing unit is removable without having to remove the burner from the boiler. The electric servomotor controls the airflow regulation for the first and second stage with pause closure of gate to prevent any heat dispersion to flue. The control device for valve tightness is compliant to European standard EN676. This device is equipped with a single flange and insulating seal for boiler fastening. It supports two-stage operation (high/low flame) by mixing air-gas at blast pipe.
