The EP Slicer is recommended for grinding fluid products, dry ans semi moist such as textures vegetable protein, peanut butter, cornmeal and cheese. This precision cutting principle has proved to be a real innovation with its flexibility to meet your needs dimensional reductions of up to finer emulsions. The double sealing of the enclosure prevents dispersion of dust, steam or liquid. The stainless steel consturction 316 liters provides strength and maximum hygiene. The slicer is powered by a system for depositing powder on an overflow filled with liquid and fitted with a micophone head cut 305mm and a turbine designed for dimensional reduction products in a single pass. The slicer is designed for continuous operation and uninterrupted production, for easy cleaning and easy maintenance.
