General Features
MultiClean multistage ultrasonic washing systems are engineered for precision cleaning of sensitive parts in industrial production and maintenance lines. They remove contaminants from small holes and complex sections prior to surface treatment or final assembly. Systems combine pre-wash, ultrasonic wash, rinsing, extra-rinse and drying stages; configuration depends on part contamination and production requirements. Standard installations use 28 kHz tank-floor ultrasonics; other frequencies available on request.
