Exitflex has produced a wide range of tungsten carbide inserts in all sizes, for mixed air and airless applications. The Speedy insert is available in many different sizes from 0.007 inch to 0.061 inch and from 10° to 110°. Due to its compact size, The Speedy insert offers great possibilities for integration in tiny spaces. To obtain finer atomization at lower pressure, we can supply a tungsten carbide pre-atomizer, with the same outside diameter as the Speedy insert and which will fit easily just behind the main insert. With our engineering capabilities, we can also assist you in the integration of the carbide insert into your nozzle body made out of stainless steel or other materials. Main dimensions are : 1.
