EXmatic 470 is an electro‑pneumatic control unit designed to operate EXtract 8XX retractable probe housings. It features an integrated connecting hose that bundles all control tubing for straightforward plug‑and‑play installation. Paired with an EXtract 8XX retractable housing, EXmatic 470 moves the sensor out of the process into a maintenance position, enables fully automatic cleaning cycles with up to three rinsing solutions, and permits safe removal of the sensor for inspection, calibration or replacement. Cleaning intervals and additional functions are programmable. Output contacts allow connection to a DCS/PCS for external start and monitoring. The system is open and independent of any specific transmitter.
