The innovative Faccin 4-roll e-drive plate roll with linear guides combines the hydraulic movement of the lower rolls with the electric rotation of the top roll. It offers the most cost-effective solution for high-output, automated, repeatable, and user-friendly bending of small and small-medium plates. This advanced plate rolling machine ensures improved productivity with a high-speed rolling up to 10m/min (32.8 ft/min), a notable 35% decrease in energy consumption, a substantial reduction in oil waste, and a silent operation with 10-15 db noise reduction. The standard 4EDL handles a maximum plate thickness of up to 30 mm (1.18 in.), while also providing a maximum plate length of 4000 mm (13 ft), heavier on demand.
