The optimal solution for the highest speed during press hardening combines an automation system with a high-speed transfer (Twin-feeder), integrating an in-line roller kiln with the press. The furnace and press are positioned at a 90º angle relative to each other, which allows the advantages of the transfer handling system to be fully exploited. In addition, other characteristics that define us are: Turnkey installations: All the elements of the installation are designed by us: the destacker, the press, and the press loading/unloading automatic features. We also take care of the integration of all components, including the furnace.
