Overview
Centralized systems for the filtration and microfiltration of oils and emulsions. They comprise a hydraulic circuit in which the coolant and the filtrate circulate, and a tank sized to the application, fitted with self-cleaning filtration units. Filtered cooling lubricant is recirculated to machines using appropriately sized pumps.

Insufficient treatment and filtration of cooling lubricants can reduce machine-tool efficiency and compromise process quality. High-technology machines require appropriate filtration to operate at full capacity. Centralized systems are specified when production requires coolants free from chips, micro-shavings and sludge. Replenishment can be automatic or on-demand. Systems may be integrated with chillers or heat exchangers.
