HGTECH Bipolar Plate Automatic Assembly and Welding Line is designed for mass production of bipolar plates with AGV material handling.
- Welds metal bipolar plates up to 500mm × 300mm, compatible with mainstream products.
- Modular workstations for flexible assembly: it can be integrated for full automation or used individually for single-process production, meeting different requirements.
- Includes automatic weld inspection and airtightness inspection.
- Integrated with PLMS system for automatic code assignment and traceability of the production process.
- Applied in hydrogen energy metal bipolar plate welding.
