Description

Product overview
The Cantilever Robot Sorting Workstation (CRW Series) combines 2D+3D multi-modal vision with deep-learning AI to enable automatic identification, classification and transfer of very large sets of irregular workpieces. The modular workstation is designed for rapid integration with laser cutting, welding and MES/digital twin systems to provide fully unmanned, flexible sorting solutions for metalworking, new energy and chemical production lines.

Key features
  • Multi-modal vision: integrated 2D + 3D vision system with deep-learning AI for robust object recognition and classification.
  • High-volume handling: automatic identification, classification and transfer of tens of thousands of irregular SKUs.
  • Long X-axis stroke: scalable design supporting up to 100 m travel.
  • Optional heavy-load capability: configurations available for up to 2-ton payloads.
  • High recognition performance: > 99% recognition rate for thin plates, profiles and chemical containers.
  • High positioning precision: positioning accuracy ≤ 1 mm.
  • Flexible gripping range: payload handling from 0–200 kg (standard configurations).
  • Multi-robot collaboration: coordinated multi-station and multi-robot operation for flexible sorting of 10,000+ complex small and medium parts.
  • Advanced functions: weak-feature recognition, multi-robot dynamic obstacle avoidance, grasp planning and flexible demagnetization.
  • Cycle time references: product description cites an average cycle time of 20 s/pc; technical parameters list cycle time as 25–35 s/pc.

Applications
  • Sorting and handling of cut metal parts, thin plates, profiles and chemical containers.
  • Integration into production lines combining laser cutting, welding and downstream automation for fully unmanned sorting operations.
  • Suitable for metalworking, new energy manufacturing and chemical production lines requiring high-mix, low-to-medium-volume flexible sorting.

Technical specifications
  • Equipment type: Cantilever Robot
  • Working stroke: X: 1–100 m, Y: 1–5 m
  • Gripping / Max. payload: 0–200 kg (max. payload: 200 kg)
  • Cycle time: 25–35 s/pc (technical table); product description additionally cites an average cycle time of 20 s/pc
  • Positioning accuracy: ≤ 1 mm
  • Recognition accuracy: ≥ 99%
