Overview
Format4 finebrush 953/1353/1355: new brush sanding machines for universal applications. Available in 3- or 5-brush unit configurations (abrasive, circular or cleaning brushes) suitable for coarse, fine, intermediate and finishing sanding on paint and structured wood. Each brush unit can be fitted with different grit combinations to reduce abrasive changes and increase workshop, trade and industrial efficiency.

The finebrush 953 is characterised by a compact installation footprint and broad versatility. Intuitive operation via a control display with clear function representation. Electric adjustment of the feed table height in 0.1 mm increments with digital height readout. Working height can also be fine-tuned by a handwheel on the units. Optional table extensions with infeed and outfeed rollers are available for larger workpieces.

Control via a clearly structured touchscreen; thickness adjustment in 0.1 mm increments directly from the panel. Infeed table with fixed height of 900 mm (finebrush 1355) for easy integration into production lines.
