OverviewFormat4 finebrush 953/1353/1355 are brush sanding machines for universal applications. Depending on the model, 3 or 5 brush units (longitudinal brushes, disc brushes and cleaning brushes) deliver excellent surface finishes for coarse, fine, intermediate and lacquer sanding. Each sanding unit is fitted with two abrasive grits, reducing abrasive changes and increasing process efficiency.
Key product descriptionThe finebrush series removes the need for time-consuming manual sanding on panelled doors, profiles, frames and textured wood surfaces. Machines are intended for craftsmen, trade and industrial users and are designed for straightforward operation and integration into continuous production lines.
Operation & user interfaceThe finebrush 1353 features a clearly structured control layout with an optional 15-inch touchscreen. Infeed thickness and machining depths can be set to 0.1 mm directly from the control panel or touchscreen. Table height is electrically adjustable and indicated on a digital display.
Material handling & machine comfortFixed infeed table height (900 mm) on the 1353/1355 models ensures easy feeding and simple line integration. Optional vacuum table and roller table extensions on the infeed and outfeed sides provide optimal processing conditions for large or irregular workpieces.
Brush units & machining- Available configurations: 3 brushing units (finebrush 1353) or 5 brushing units (finebrush 1355).
- Unit types include longitudinal brushing units, disc brush units and cleaning brush units.
- Two-grit design per sanding brush allows applications from fine sanding to intermediate lacquer sanding without changing abrasives.
- Direction of rotation and sanding speed of individual brush units are adjustable from the control panel/touchscreen.
- Oscillation control (standard or optional depending on model) ensures uniform utilisation of sanding brushes for homogeneous finishes.
