Description

Overview
The finebrush series (953 / 1353 / 1355) are brush sanding machines designed for industrial surface preparation of panelled doors, profiles, frames and textured wooden surfaces. Models combine longitudinal and disc brushes to remove manual sanding steps and deliver uniform results for coarse, fine, finish and intermediate lacquer sanding. Each brush unit integrates two abrasive grits to reduce abrasive changeover and increase uptime.

Models and operation
  • finebrush 953: compact footprint, manual control panel, electrically adjustable infeed table height with digital display; unit engagement height adjustable by handwheel. Suitable for roller table extensions for large workpieces.
  • finebrush 1353 / 1355: touchscreen control (graphical), infeed clearance adjustable to 0.1 mm from the panel. finebrush 1355 features a fixed infeed table height of 900 mm for easy integration in continuous lines. Optional vacuum table and roller table extensions available.

Main functional features
  • Combination of longitudinal and rotary (disc) brushes for homogeneous results on complex profiles; co-rotation and counter-rotation modes and adjustable brush directions for thorough coverage and gentle edge rounding.
  • Each sanding brush contains two abrasive grits allowing transitions from fine sanding to intermediate lacquer sanding without changing abrasives.
  • Rotation direction and brush speed adjustable from control panel or touchscreen; feed speed adjustable during operation.
  • Oscillation control on disc brushes (standard or optional depending on model) for even abrasive utilisation and consistent finish.

Highlights
  • Designed for continuous industrial operation with stable performance.
  • Configurable sequences and customer-specific production solutions.
  • Robust construction with premium components and detailed engineering.
  • Multiple specification packages and high-tech control options.
  • 15" touchscreen on 1353/1355 with program memory, maintenance intervals and plain-text error messages.

Notable equipment & options
  • Disc brush units with oscillation for uniform abrasive wear and clean internal corner machining.
  • Longitudinal sanding brushes (200 mm diameter on certain units) with adjustable speed and rotation direction; engagement height adjustable via handwheel.
  • Quick-change sanding inserts on longitudinal and disc brushes to reduce set-up times.
  • Feed table with continuously vulcanised honeycomb-pattern belt for precision; variable feed speed adjustable during sanding.
  • Fixed 900 mm infeed table height on finebrush 1355; finebrush 953/1353 feature electrically adjustable tables; optional vacuum table and roller extensions (e.g. 300 mm).
  • Optional cleaning nozzles for workpiece and infeed belt at outfeed.
