ELECTRONIC DOSER WITH VIBRATING CHANNELS EWM7000-V2 WITH 2 INDEPENDENT LOAD CELLS Our electronic doser with load cells is made of AISI 304 stainless steel suitable for food and technical packaging of granular products of different types and grain sizes. Ideal for the automatic dosing of granular or powder products with good flowability, such as detergents, foods, chemical and pharmaceutical products, in pre-formed bags. Not suitable for liquids, saline or corrosive substances. The EWM7000-V2 doser is supplied complete with a trolley support and adjustable support surface, it can be integrated into semi-automatic lines with an operator (or work autonomously where appropriately set up). It is characterized by two independent weighing tanks, of approximately 7 liters each, for a total of 14 liters. The loading hopper located above the vibrating channels has a capacity of approximately 37 liters. At this point, he can adjust the vibration speed of the vibrating channels by increasing or decreasing the voltage, or by adjusting the height of the paddles placed in the vibrating channels in order to control the flow of the product. This adjustment allows the doser to quickly lower the main quantity of product and then slow down in the last grams to ensure a precise weight. For example, if the operator must dose 1000 grams, he can set the system so that the first 950 grams descend quickly, while the remaining 50 grams are dosed more slowly to obtain an accurate measurement. Subsequently, it is necessary to turn on the desired vibrating channel or both, to start the descent of the product. Once the set weight is reached, the doser remains in standby. The operator can then place the bag under the discharge pipe and press the pedal or the button on the display to release the product.
