Manual clipping machines for sacs, nets, and gabions. Large manual clipping machines with ring closure use 45 mm clips with 3 mm diameter wire and can close up to a diameter of 14-15 mm. Suitable for assembling mesh gabions, wire mesh structures and fences, fixing reinforcement for construction, closing sacks or mattresses, retaining walls, noise barriers, dams, road reinforcement, bank reinforcement, horticulture, traps, and rockfall nets. Each stapler allows the use of different types of staples: - GALFAN staples, specifically for gabions and rockfall protection - ALUMINIUM light and rust-resistant staples - GALVANIZED staples suitable for fences and nets - INOX 304 staples recommended for outdoor use. Model: FP50MK, FPHR45M. Steel body, rubber grips. Storage capacity: 70 rings (FP50MK), 40 rings (FPHR45M). Open ring width: 45 mm. Open ring height: 24 mm. Opening width: 25 mm. Closing diameter: 14 mm (FP50MK), 15 mm (FPHR45M). Dimensions: 680 x 160 x 150 mm (FP50MK), 170 x 690 x 130 mm (FPHR45M). Weight: 4.44 kg (FP50MK), 4.5 kg (FPHR45M). Uses HR 45 / HR 50 rings with 3.00 mm diameter wire. For intensive work, we recommend the pneumatic version. GALFAN gabion staples: HR 45 GALFAN staples are made of an alloy of zinc (~95%) - aluminum (~5%) and mixed metals. Coating thickness min. 200g/m2 according to EN 10244-2, tensile strength: 1750-1900 N/mm2. GALFAN coated wire has a higher corrosion protection than conventional coated galvanized wire. HR50 clips have a lower tensile strength than HR45. In particular, the HR50 offer a holding force between 1500 and 1700 N/mm², while the HR45 reach a holding force between 1750 and 1900 N/mm².
