TWISTBAND SEALER TWIST FP PRO-EO WITH PIECE COUNTER - HORIZONTAL MODEL The TWIST FP PRO-EO sealer allows you to efficiently, quickly, and professionally package and bind products and bags. The TWIST FP PRO-EO series is also available in the vertical model TWIST FP PRO-EV. Thanks to the comfortable and bright touch screen, with this series of twistband sealers, it is possible to: - Set the wire length to bind products of different diameters - Define the number of wire turns - Read the number of already tied bags using a piece counter The twisted wire winding system ensures a secure and resistant hold and can be customized as desired (film length and number of wire turns). These machines are suitable for use in food laboratories, supermarkets, hardware stores, bakeries, pastry shops, and industries. They are extremely easy to use. They can close and seal bags, made of plastic or textile material, or bind groups of objects or cables. The wire with a core diameter of 0.44 mm is recommended for bags of pasta, cookies, and products with a maximum weight of about 5 kg. The main colors are gold, green, and red. The wire with a core of 0.53 and 0.58 mm can be used on both light and heavy products. The colors that can be used are white, yellow, green, red, brown, black, blue, and orange. With compact dimensions and low weight, the binders can be easily moved and transported. The simple and robust twist binding mechanism is placed in a horizontal position. The length of the binding/sealing wire and the number of closing turns can be set and adjusted via the control panel to suit the diameter of the bag to be sealed or the object to be bound.
