Description

Grouting pump IC 120 is designed for injection of cement and bentonite mixtures in grouting work, such as micro-piles injection, anchor grouting, foundation ground solidifying and sealing. The pump’s maximum injection pressure is 10 MPa and the maximum volume of mixture supplied is 51 l/min. The pump can be supplied separately or as part of a station along with Colloidal activating mixer AM 200 and final mixer DM 200. The pump, the activating mixer and the agitator can be used as separate units or installed onto a common frame to make up a compact injection center. ADVANTAGES continuous injection mixture volume regulation in relation to pressure continuous injection mixture dosing by two plungers can be used separately or as part of an injection station simple operation easy maintenance easy handling in confined spaces robust structure allowing work in difficult conditions Working principle The pump has an electrohydraulic drive with a hydraulic generator, which is placed on the same frame as the pump. However, the generator can be easily uninstalled and connected to the pumping part by a pair of high-pressure hoses (up to 15 metres in length). The separation of the two parts makes it easier to handle the machine in confined spaces during rehabilitation work and during underground work. The pumping part consists of two single-acting plunger pumps powered by hydraulic motors. The double-action cycle is synchronized by means of induction sensors and an electrohydraulic distributor.
