Brief descriptionThe Type 70.33 control relay is an Interface Protection System (SPI) that trips the Interface Device (DDI) when voltage and frequency values do not comply with the CEI 0-21 standard. It features redundant measurement systems for functional safety and provides advanced functions for network quality monitoring and microgrid applications.
Functions and features- Detection and tripping of the Interface Device (DDI) for voltage and frequency values non-compliant with CEI 0-21
- Universal supply voltage: 24–48 V DC and 110–240 V AC
- Redundant measurement system for functional safety
- Monitoring of overvoltage and undervoltage phase-to-neutral and phase-to-phase
- Voltage monitoring on a 10-minute average
- Underfrequency and overfrequency detection
- RoCoF monitoring (suitable for microgrid applications)
- Stored test programs: Test Box 1 and 2 for commissioning and maintenance
- Error log generation for historical analysis
- Dedicated digital inputs for DDI control, external signal and local command
SeriesSeries 70
ApplicationsSuitable for grid/generation interface systems, continuity control and functional safety in installations with distributed generation integration and microgrids.
