Steel wedge clamp CP123 series

These OD clamps allow for holding on the circumference of a workpiece. The aluminum jaws are designed to be machined to custom fit contoured or odd shaped parts. When the clamp is tightened, both jaws move towards the center clamping the circumference of the workpiece. These clamps allow for part locating repeatability of +/- 0.08 mm. The clamping stroke is .5 mm. The body is made from 4140 alloy steel, hardened with a black oxide finish. Supplied with locking nut and spring pin. The jaws are made from aluminum with natural anodized finish.
