TriMax self-centering vises feature high clamping forces and accuracy while using just 3.5 mm of workpiece surface utilizing patented TG GripSerts. The Basic TriMax S vise set allows a clamping range from 7-85 mm. The vise allows for first and secondary operations with one jaw set, eliminating the need for multiple set ups. Vise can be mounted on a T-slot or grid machine table as well as custom fixtures. Included with the vise are ten TG GripSert grippers for steel (TG-STD). Their low profile provides machining tool access required for 5-axis machining. Vise set also includes a wrench and a work stop with washer and screw. TriMax S vises allow for workpiece repeatability of just +/-.01 mm.
