These torque limiting knobs allow the user to set a specified torque to prevent over-tightening by the operator. They are ideal for applications where a consistent force is required or where over-tightening can damage or distort a workpiece. The spring and the balls inside provide the feel and sound of a click when the specified torque is reached at the tightening end. The knob is made from polyamide with a black or orange matte finish. The insert is made from nickel-plated 1045 steel.
