Product overview
These spring-loaded lateral positioning pins secure parts into locators or snap components into place prior to primary clamping. The ball-lock system simplifies installation and removes the need for special tools: insert the pin into the mounting hole and tighten the screw to lock. The adjustable pivot allows up to 11° of tilt and the eccentric pin design provides flexibility for locating parts with large tolerances. Replaceable tips are available to adapt the pin to specific applications. Manufactured in heat-treated steel with a clear nitride finish or non-hardened 300 series stainless steel.
