Flex locator receivers of the AMWF-BU series are precision receptacles designed for use with AMWF-W series ball-locking pneumatic Flex locator pins. They provide accurate locating and reliable fastening for tooling, fixturing and assembly operations. When air pressure is applied to the locator pin, the balls retract into the pin allowing quick release from the receiver. Locating repeatability is ±10 microns. The receiver body is made from heat-treated 4140 steel with a black oxide finish.
