Overview
OvguExtra is an industrial oil mist collector designed to remove oil mist generated by machines using oil and oil-in-water emulsions. Particles condense by gravity and are routed through air channels back to a collection tank; remaining air and fine aerosols are captured by an H13 class HEPA filter with up to 99.97% efficiency. Cleaned air is returned to the working environment.

Health and Operational Benefits
Oil vapors and aerosols from CNC cooling fluids present respiratory and safety risks and can degrade machine performance. OvguExtra reduces airborne oil particles to improve workplace air quality, decrease maintenance and cleaning requirements, and lower fire risk by preventing oil deposition on electrical panels, PCBs and cable trays.
