Product overview: Oiljet-M is a mobile oil mist unit designed to remove oil mist generated by machines operating with oil–water emulsions. Particles are condensed by gravity and air channels and returned to the collection tank. Air and fine particles that continue upward are captured by an H13 class HEPA filter with 99.97% efficiency. Cleaned air is returned to the working environment. The unit is intended for open-top and non-enclosed systems.

Benefits and risks addressed: Accumulation of oil mist on equipment can reduce machine performance and increase cleaning and maintenance needs. Release of oil mist into the atmosphere causes environmental contamination. Oil mist can reach high-risk areas such as electrical panels, circuit boards and cable ducts and may create a fire hazard, particularly in high-temperature environments. The Oiljet-M collector reduces airborne oil contamination and helps minimize fire risk.
