Product description
Oiljet is a centrifugal oil mist collector designed to remove oil mist and micro-mists produced by pure oils and emulsions. Initial separation is achieved by centrifugal force from the fan; a HEPA H13 secondary filter provides up to 99.97% filtration efficiency. Cleaned air is discharged to the environment and condensed oil is returned to the machine chamber.

Impact and risks
Accumulation of oil mist on machines reduces performance and increases cleaning and maintenance needs. Airborne oil mist can cause environmental contamination and can reach electrical panels, circuit boards and cable ducts, creating fire risks in high-temperature processes. Using the Oiljet collector limits mist build-up and reduces fire and contamination hazards.
