Overview
Micron+ is a hot-melt melter engineered for Industry 4.0 production environments. It combines sequential heating, reduced energy consumption and extended connectivity to support integration, remote monitoring and simplified maintenance.

Energy efficiency and maintenance
Reduces electrical consumption by up to 60% compared with competing units. Sequential heating provides homogeneous temperature distribution and adhesive protection, minimising waste and maintenance interventions.

Connectivity and remote control
Multiple connectivity options and supported communication protocols enable remote control and continuous data monitoring from any device. The system facilitates remote diagnostics and maintenance operations.

Flexibility and usability
7" touchscreen HMI with an optional removable display for remote operation. Configurable outputs and cool-touch housings simplify loading and cleaning while improving operator safety and accessibility.

Integration
Designed for line integration: Micron+ can be interlinked with the main machine to allow centralized control from a single interface.

Optional ICONS interface
Available ICONS visual menu (icon-based) to simplify navigation and reduce the learning curve in international production environments.
